1. Purpose
This Policy is designed to protect Tekzivo Cloud DAAS, its infrastructure, customers, and the internet community from illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
2. Acceptable Use
Customers may use Tekzivo Cloud DAAS services for lawful business and personal purposes, including:
- Cloud Desktop (DAAS) Services
- Remote Work & Secure Access
- Business Applications
- Data Storage and Backup
- Software Development & Testing
- Authorized IT Administration
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in activities that violate applicable laws or compromise the security or stability of our services.
- Unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Hacking, exploitation, or penetration testing without written authorization.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or viruses.
- Phishing, identity theft, credential harvesting, or fraud.
- Hosting illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or abusive communications.
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
- Network scanning or vulnerability scanning without authorization.
4. Resource Usage
Customers are expected to use computing resources fairly and responsibly.
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.
- Do not intentionally consume excessive CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth.
- Do not run abusive automated workloads that impact other users.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of our infrastructure.
5. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
- Use strong and unique passwords.
- Keep login credentials confidential.
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) whenever available.
- Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Monitoring
To maintain service quality, reliability, and security, Tekzivo Cloud DAAS may monitor network activity, authentication logs, and system performance in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Warning or Compliance Notice
- Temporary Suspension of Services
- Permanent Account Termination
- Removal of Illegal Content
- Reporting to Law Enforcement Authorities where required
8. Policy Updates
Tekzivo Cloud DAAS reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
