This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of Tekzivo Cloud Services.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to protect Tekzivo Cloud infrastructure, customers, and users from misuse, abuse, and security threats.
2. Authorized Use
Customers may use Tekzivo Cloud Services only for legitimate business and personal computing purposes.
- Business Applications
- Cloud Desktop Usage
- Remote Work Access
- Data Storage & Backup
- Authorized IT Operations
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or spyware.
- Phishing attacks or credential theft.
- Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails.
- Hosting illegal content.
- Network scanning without authorization.
- Bypassing security controls.
4. Resource Abuse
Users must not abuse system resources.
- Cryptocurrency mining without approval.
- Excessive bandwidth consumption.
- Resource exhaustion attacks.
- Unauthorized automated processes.
5. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
- Use strong passwords.
- Do not share credentials.
- Report suspicious activity immediately.
- Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
6. Monitoring
Tekzivo may monitor systems, logs, and network activity to maintain service security and compliance.
7. Violations
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Warning Notice
- Temporary Service Suspension
- Permanent Account Termination
- Legal Action where applicable
8. Reporting Abuse
Customers may report abuse, security incidents, or suspicious activity to our support team.
