1. Trial Services

Demo, Trial, and Promotional Plans are provided for evaluation purposes and are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected service plan.

3. Cloud Resource Usage

Charges incurred for cloud desktops, virtual machines, storage, backup, and other consumed resources are non-refundable once the service has been used.

4. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Services will remain active until the current billing period ends.
• No partial refunds for unused periods.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by customer.
• Incorrect billing caused by Tekzivo.
• Service not provisioned after successful payment.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method and banking institution.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Consumed cloud resources.
• Professional services.
• Setup and configuration charges.
• Third-party software licensing fees.

8. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Tekzivo before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

9. Policy Changes

Tekzivo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
