2. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.

• Use strong and unique passwords.
• Do not share login credentials.
• Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where available.
• Notify Tekzivo immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use

Our services must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

• No illegal or fraudulent activities.
• No malware, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
• No unauthorized access to networks or systems.
• No abuse of cloud resources or excessive automated workloads.
• No violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Subscription & Billing

Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their selected subscription plan.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date.
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
• Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

5. Service Availability

Tekzivo Cloud DAAS strives to maintain reliable and high-quality services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their own data. Tekzivo implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical data.

7. Suspension & Termination

Tekzivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where necessary, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Security threats or abuse of the platform.
• Illegal or fraudulent activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, website content, documentation, and other intellectual property provided by Tekzivo Cloud DAAS remain the exclusive property of Tekzivo or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tekzivo Cloud DAAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Revised versions will be published on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maharashtra, India.
